Made by Ford in 1942. It came equipped with a 37 millimeter main gun. The driver and bow gunner sat in the front of the hull while the turret was occupied by the assistant driver and the vehicle commander. The engine and the transmission were at the back end of the hull. It has a Hercules 6-cylinder gasoline engine and a gross weight of 16,500 lbs.
